Licensing Specialist informs the provider that it is the provider’s responsibility to make sure all applicable city ordinances are met.

If new space is being added, the provider will need a new fire inspection and comply with all city and county ordinances as they apply.

Licensing Specialist verifies that there is at least 1 toilet per fifteen children, excluding those not toilet trained.

Licensing Supervisor reviews request and approves license increase if complete and in compliance.
